Vi lever mitt i en pandemi och just nu pekar alla kurvor brant uppåt igen. Smittspridningen ökar för varje dag, liksom antalet dödsfall. Vi vet dessutom att vissa som insjuknar i covid-19 drabbas av långvariga effekter.
Men det finns hopp. Vi förstår bättre hur viruset fungerar idag än vi gjorde i våras, vi vet mer om hur vi kan skydda oss och sjukvården är bättre på att behandla de sjuka. Dessutom finns det mycket som tyder på att ett vaccin snart kommer att vara tillgängligt.
Över hela världen är experter sysselsatta med att vinna kampen mot detta virus. Vi i Vetenskapsforum covid-19 deltar i den kampen och vi hoppas att du också vill vara med oss – tillsammans mot covid-19.
